MEXC Ventures, the investment arm of global digital asset exchange MEXC, concluded its Women’s Month initiatives by hosting a dual-event titled “MEXCmize with Her,” which brought together female founders, builders, and community leaders active within the blockchain space.

The gathering began with a guided painting session at Sip & Gogh, where attendees painted a piece titled “Sailing Away”. Following the creative activity, participants attended a private VIP dinner that facilitated discussions on web3 development, industry opportunities, and the role of women in decentralized finance.

According to the organization, the initiative was organized to address the ongoing underrepresentation of women in the global cryptocurrency industry and in blockchain leadership roles.
The MEXC Ventures SEA Team stated that the event reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to fostering a diverse web3 ecosystem.

“We don’t use women to enable our initiatives – we build initiatives to enable women,” the team noted.
The investment fund indicated that it plans to continue the “MEXCmize with Her” initiative beyond Women’s Month, with further programming planned to support women professionals across the Southeast Asian region and its global user base.
MEXC Ventures operates as a comprehensive fund under the MEXC exchange, focusing on strategic investments, incubation, and mergers and acquisitions within Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems. The fund is an active investor and supporter of blockchain networks such as TON and Aptos.
MEXC recently named Vugar Usi Zade as its new Chief Executive Officer.
