Blocksquare announces the launch of an upgraded infrastructure for its flagship White-Label Marketplace Infrastructure.

Blocksquare, a provider of real estate tokenization technology, announced the global rollout of a major upgrade to its real-world asset marketplace infrastructure, crypto.news can exclusively report.

The update, set to launch on March 25, will deliver a faster, more intuitive, and scalable experience for platforms powered by Blocksquare, spanning platforms across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

The upgrade consists of a redesigned user interface, smarter buy and sell workflows that simplify transactions through intelligent validation and clearer guidance, and a next-generation blockchain index.

Revamped user interface and smarter trading flows

The new interface brings a refreshed design, smoother transitions for an optimized browsing experience across different devices.

“We didn’t just update the look—we rebuilt the experience for the future of RWA trading,” said Denis Petrovcic, CEO and Co-founder of Blocksquare. “We wanted to deeply understand how people interact with tokenized real estate platforms—from first-time users exploring their first investment to power users managing diversified portfolios. The result is a complete reinvention of the marketplace experience, combining intuitive design with smart trading logic and real-time data infrastructure.”

Improved wallet integration and real-time blockchain indexing

Blocksquare also introduced an improved wallet integration, refining logic for token purchases and pre-sales, along with a smoother login experience and improved redirection post-authentication. Additionally, visual updates consist of enhanced property displays, detailed APY breakdowns, and improved performance charts.

A key technical improvement involves the shift from The Graph’s Subgraph to Envio for blockchain indexing. This enables real-time data indexing, enhances data reliability, and ensures the platform is scalable enough to support future smart contract innovations.

“This is more than just an upgrade. It’s the foundation for the next evolution of decentralized real estate markets,” added Julia Buchholz, CMO of Blocksquare.

The upgrade will be deployed automatically across all Blocksquare-powered marketplaces, including platforms focused on coliving, commercial assets, hospitality, and social housing. Operators will receive the enhancements without requiring additional development.
